Awesome!! We stayed for a week and we loved it. It is a great location, right on the beach with a pool and plenty of private beach. The rooms are good for a full family. There is a good mix of families with kids and retired folks. Many of the retired couples stay for many weeks and the families come for spring break or vacations. Lots of games for kids and it is still nice and quiet to relax! A quick walk and even quicker drive to St. Armands Circle. Really a great spot for a vacation, especially for the price!! Been coming for many years!
This was our second stay at Suntide Island Beach Club and loved it yet again. The upgraded lower-level units are great — modern, coastal feel, nice stainless appliances. Several shared laundry spots throughout the small resort. The pool, along with muffin Monday and Wiener Wednesday are nice, right on site. The beach, new and improved since our last stay, is wonderful. Huge and expansive. The other guests/owners have always been friendly and pleasant during our stays. The staff has been really nice and accommodating. I’m happy to give this place Five stars!
We've been coming to Suntide for three years now and we absolutely love it. Property is well-maintained, units are homey and comfortable. The private beach is beautiful, white sand and clear blue water and uncrowded. Free WiFi is great. The management is responsive if you have any problem. If it's a particularly windy day on the beach, you've still got the pool deck with heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic gem on the beach!!
Suntide has been exceptional. We love the location on Lido key. The beach is so clean and beautiful especially at sunset. The rooms were very clean and staff are friendly and happy to help. Kitchen has just about every thing you need, and just ask the front desk if there is something missing. Great place for couples, families and friends. Such a peaceful beach club with great amenities and things to do on location. We hope to return soon!
Owned week 9 for a few years. The place is extremely well run. No loud parties. Typical happy kid chatter in the pool. Beautiful sunset each night. Nothing negative whatsoever in my 3 years of coming here. GM Mike B. and the board do a great job.
My family and I have been coming here for over 35 years. I've grown up going down the same 2 weeks every year, seeing everyone each year is so exciting and watching the kids I grew up with bring their kids to play with mine just brings back so many memories of when I was a kid I love that it's a small resort everyone feels like family the sunsets are unforgettable truly a gem
Just checked out after spending weeks 2 and 3. Have been an owner since 1976 and have always enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and I am encouraged to see the updates that are being made. Had the opportunity to tour one of the newly renovated units with Dan, Maintenance Manager. I am hoping unit 217 will be renovated when I return next January. I love the new flooring and renovated bathroom. The granite counters really give the unit an updated feel.
It is an amazing place. It has a heated pool and a hot tub. Also it's a nice quiet place to relax and have fun. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. The rooms here are beautiful. You also have your own stove, microwave,coffee pot,and dishwasher.
